About Our Nursing Abroad Counselor Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to guide nursing professionals and students on international courses, licensing pathways, and career opportunities abroad.

  • Conduct counseling sessions with nursing aspirants and provide guidance on study/career opportunities abroad.
  • Explain eligibility, admission processes, fees, visa requirements, and licensing exams.
  • Support students with applications, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure conversion of enquiries into successful enrolments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for admissions, operations, and marketing.
  • Maintain student records, follow-ups, and counselling reports.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of counseling experience in education abroad, healthcare, or recruitment.
  • A strong understanding of nursing abroad pathways.
  • Excellent communication (English + local language) and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with strong sales and conversion orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues. They will be well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
