Job Summary

The Senior Vice President - Transformation will lead our North American, UK, and Australian Property and Casualty Insurance businesses into a new era of modernization and excellence. This role will be responsible for driving the transformation of processes, platforms, data capabilities, and AI adoption across these regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with regional business goals and regulatory frameworks.
  • Lead the Transformation Office to drive process excellence and ensure timely execution of strategic efficiency and/or business outcome projects.
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across all domains.
  • Establish performance metrics and governance frameworks to ensure measurable and sustainable improvements.
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of core platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Salesforce) across regions.
  • Build a unified data strategy to support pricing, risk modeling, fraud detection, and customer insights across markets.
  • Identify and scale AI use cases such as intelligent underwriting, claims triage, document processing, and virtual assistants.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across Solutions, Delivery, IT, Underwriting, Claims, and Compliance.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within the Insurance Industry preferably P&C domain.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies in IT/ITES BPO Organization.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, UK, and Australia.
  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong command of operational governance models and performance management systems.
