Sales and Marketing Key Responsibilities
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at CCS Real Estate Pvt Ltd.
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales through finding new customers in the market and developing opportunities for sales through given sales leads.
Key Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Briefing customers on project USPs thoroughly
- Scheduling and conducting meetings with customers
- Understanding customer needs and offering solutions accordingly
- Convincing customers to buy the product/flats
- Assisting clients for site visits and helping to choose property
- Coordinating with the pre-sales team to effectively convert leads to business
- Providing strong client focus including pre and post-sales services
