The Regional Category Expert plays a pivotal role in driving education excellence by leading regional expansion efforts. This role ensures successful school partnerships and supports implementation of educational solutions to maximize student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Expand LEAD's presence through new school acquisitions and partnerships, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Act as the primary contact for partner schools, building strong relationships based on market understanding.
- Support school growth through parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional marketing efforts.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with organizational objectives.
- Drive timely collections, monitor key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly.
- 8-10 years in client acquisition with 2 - 4 years in leadership roles.
- Significant experience in national sales solution delivery and successful leadership of high-volume sales engagement is required.
- Excellent skills in client acquisition, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Ready to travel across assigned territories.
