Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to drive growth and expansion in our product department.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Mandate Acquisition: Acquire mandates from banks, financial institutions, and other relevant organizations for products within the earmarked region.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with PSU and Private Banks, Financial Institutions, and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
  3. Commercial Terms: Finalize commercial terms for mandates in consultation with the Vertical Head.
  4. Execution Coordination: Coordinate with the execution team for timely execution of mandates.
  5. Client Management: Act as the single point of contact for clients.
  6. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and stay updated on current market happenings.
  7. Financial Management: Ensure timely invoicing and payment submission to clients, collect payments for generated mandates.
  8. Sectoral Knowledge: Gain sectoral knowledge and keep bankers informed about new research reports and insights published by the organization.
  9. Target Achievement: Achieve targets set for the timeline.
