As an Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing workflows, ensuring smooth automation and data handling.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating, updating, and maintaining Google Spreadsheets for accurate and consistent operational data.

• Monitoring, managing, and analyzing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to align with business objectives.

• Generating regular reports on campaign performance and operational activities, sharing actionable insights with the management team.

• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and adherence to company policies.

• Identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting solutions for efficiency enhancement.

Required skills and qualifications include:

• Strong working knowledge of Google AppSheet and Google Spreadsheets.

• Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide recommendations.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
