Workforce Integration Specialist

A workforce integration specialist is responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that integrate workforce management systems. This role requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in JavaScript and SQL.
The ideal candidate will have advanced level skills in workforce integration and be certified in Workforce – Integration (PT103 Certification desired). With 3-4 years of professional experience, you will have the ability to gather technical requirements and implement packaged application software.
- Develop Interfaces using APIs for Customers to connect with HCM applications.
- Assist customers in all integration processes and design architecture programs.
- Perform unit and system testing of configured application.
- Responsive and follows through on customer requirements in a professional and timely manner.
- Should be able to communicate effectively with customers to understand the concerns and provide a solution.
- Stay current on technical specifications on Software products.
