Job Title: Workforce Development Assistant

Our team is seeking a proactive and motivated Workforce Development Assistant to support our organizational growth. As a key member of our workforce development department, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the recruitment, training management, and launching of HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent for our organization.
  • Support the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for employees, helping them to grow professionally and personally.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders to launch new HR policies and procedures, ensuring seamless integration into our existing systems.
  • Conduct onboarding and induction sessions for new employees, creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for their tenure with our company.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, fostering a culture of inclusivity, respect, and open communication.

Requirements:

  • A degree from any graduation program, preferably BBA or MBA, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Good documentation and reporting skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and present data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with experience using software applications to manage databases, track progress, and analyze results.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Humility, honesty, transparency, integrity, and confidentiality are essential qualities for this role, requiring an individual who embodies these values and demonstrates them consistently in their interactions with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
