
HR Assistant

Main Responsibilities- Support the team by maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Organize and manage important documents, contracts, reimbursements, and personnel files both physically and digitally.
- Assist with preparing essential HR-related documents.
- Maintain trackers for leaves and attendance to ensure efficient workforce management.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team on a daily basis and assist with various projects as needed.
- Aid in compliance and audit preparation activities.
- Contribute to general office duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems in a neat and orderly manner.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets to facilitate decision-making.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate internal events and meetings.
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the team.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and databases.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team.
- Familiarity with software applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
