Senior Construction Director

We are seeking an accomplished construction expert to spearhead the execution of complex projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Tender Evaluation: Analyze tender documents and drawings, prepare technical queries and liaise with clients for clarifications.
  • Construction Planning: Develop site logistics plans, construction sequences, and suitable methodologies, plan resources including labor and plant & machinery.
  • Design Coordination & Optimization: Collaborate with in-house design teams for construction-friendly designs, optimize designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Technology Expertise: Apply knowledge of latest formwork systems and plant equipment, handle methodologies for complex structures.
  • Site Support: Conduct site visits to review progress and suggest alternate solutions, work closely with execution teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of structural design and engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with modern construction techniques and fast-track execution methods, knowledge of plant and machinery used in construction.
  • Expertise in modern formwork systems and erection techniques, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with execution and design teams, proficiency in preparing and interpreting technical drawings and sketches.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of construction project management, including tender evaluation, construction planning, and site support. They will be able to effectively collaborate with design teams to optimize project outcomes.
