Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced construction manager to lead our Quantity Surveying team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct the Quantity Surveying team across multiple projects.
  • Create accurate cost estimates, bill of quantities, and budgets for residential and commercial projects.
  • Oversight of tendering processes, vendor negotiations, and contract administration.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Implement effective cost-control measures and identify opportunities for savings.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, legal, and contractual standards.
  • Collaboration with design, procurement, project management, and finance teams.
  • Provide timely management information reports and updates to leadership.
  • Develop and optimize QS processes, systems, and best practices for scalability.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in cost estimation, contract administration, and project financials. They must have excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in QS software/tools, MS Excel, and project management systems is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
