Job Title: Senior Financial Director

Overview

The company seeks a seasoned Senior Financial Director to lead the Accounts & Finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance. This strategic role requires a Chartered Accountant (CA) with significant experience in managing end-to-end accounts and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning and Strategy
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, investors, and management.
  1. Accounts and Reporting
  • Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and provide guidance to the accounting team.
  1. Compliance and Audit
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
  1. Treasury and Working Capital Management
  • Manage cash flows, banking operations, and fund utilization efficiently.
  • Develop and implement effective working capital management strategies.
  1. Cost Control and MIS
  • Implement robust cost accounting systems and monitor production-related costs.
  • Provide regular management reports on financial performance.
  1. Team Leadership and Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across Accounts & Finance.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in Accounts & Finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, cost control, and treasury management.
  • Proven track record in handling audits, liaising with banks, and managing working capital.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
