Job Overview

The Senior Manager - Design position is a pivotal role in our organization, accountable for overseeing the design process from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate with architects and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design outcomes.
  • Track design progress, encompassing concept development, GFC drawings, technical specifications, and document control.
  • Manage procurement processes, including tender evaluation, vendor selection, and contract administration.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. A strong background in architecture and experience in real estate construction projects are essential. At least 10-12 years of experience in project management is required.
