As a key member of our organization, you will drive the strategic development and implementation of Performance Management Systems (PMS) to align with our business objectives.
- Drive all phases of the PMS process, including Goal Setting (KRAs and KPIs), 360 Feedback, Annual and Mid-Year Reviews, PMS Roll-out, Normalization, and Rating Calibration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate best practices into the PMS and ensure timely execution of the annual appraisal calendar.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience with HRIS systems like SuccessFactors or People Strong is highly desirable.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to create actionable insights and dashboards.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
