Ummeed Child Development Center is a leading non-profit organization in India, dedicated to empowering children with developmental disabilities. With over 23 years of experience, we have provided direct services to 15,000+ children and families, trained over 8,500 unique professionals, and indirectly influenced the lives of over 0.45 million children and families.
The Role Of Head Of Executive RelationsThis dynamic role seeks a passionate advocate who can effectively champion Ummeed's mission to C-suite and senior executives at corporations and foundations. The Head of Executive Relations will spearhead the organization's positioning to large funders and partners, strengthening these relationships and building long-term connections.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and nurture strong connections with executives and C-suite prospective and current donors
- Gain a deep understanding of our funding partner's needs, preferences, and investment goals, and customize communication services accordingly
- Serve as the key point of contact for executive relations, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates on strategic initiatives and company developments
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing funders to enhance the organization's reputation, build mutual trust, and positively impact partner retention
The successful candidate will be responsible for evangelizing towards achieving the organization's fundraising targets, working closely with different departments and teams across the organization to understand their goals and programs, and developing a fundraising strategy that aligns with these initiatives.
Public RelationsThe Head of Executive Relations will serve as an ambassador for Ummeed at public events, engaging with potential donors and partner organizations, and government entities. They will develop the right voice and communications principles that effectively convey the organization's goals, achievements, and stories.
