Job Description

This role oversees the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules for critical equipment. The goal is to minimize unplanned downtime, increase system reliability, and optimize overall performance.

The job holder will analyze equipment performance data using various diagnostic methods such as vibration analysis and thermography. This information will be used to track key performance indicators (KPIs), assess efficiency, reliability, and performance, and make recommendations for improvement.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and performance data
  • Generating reports to highlight equipment performance trends and reliability improvements
  • Collaborating with operations, engineering, and HSE teams to identify potential improvements and support efficient operation

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting, and a background in maintenance and repair cost optimization.
