  • Automation & Tooling:
  • Design and implement automated solutions to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Foster observability through metrics, logging, and distributed tracing tools.
  • Streamline CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
  • Collaboration:
  • Partner with software engineering teams to develop robust applications and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate closely with product/engineering teams to design scalable systems.
  • Ensure monitoring and alerting systems integrate seamlessly across teams.
  • Leadership & Team Building:
  • Mentor and grow a team of reliability engineers.
  • Promote best practices in reliability engineering and foster a culture of excellence within the organization.

  • Capacity Planning & Cost Optimization:
