Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Site Reliability Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the development of our SRE strategy and promote a culture of automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SRE Strategy Development: Define and implement a comprehensive SRE strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Culture of Automation: Promote an 'Automate-first' culture that fosters innovation and efficiency.
  • Methodology Development: Develop methodologies for identifying and automating inefficient processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Service Metrics Development: Assist in developing engineering and operational service metrics that provide actionable insights.
  • SLO Implementation: Develop and implement Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical services, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitoring Strategy: Define monitoring strategy and implement capabilities that ensure proactive issue detection and resolution.
  • Reliability Improvements: Design and implement reliability improvements that minimize downtime and maximize system availability.
  • Capacity Planning and Chaos Engineering: Conduct capacity planning and chaos engineering exercises to identify potential bottlenecks and improve system resilience.
  • Architectural Reviews: Lead architectural reviews for reliability and drive continuous improvement from incidents.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 12+ years of experience as a VP or similar leadership role.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in driving SRE strategy and promoting automation.
  • Technical Skills: Strong leadership and technical skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals.
