ERP Transformation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex ERP projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for ERP implementations.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
  • Lead full-cycle ERP implementations from initiation through to go-live and stabilization.
  • Drive continuous improvement and system optimization post-deployment.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate project milestones, status updates, risks, and issues to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  • Ensure ERP solutions meet business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage vendors and implementation partners.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in managing ERP projects, a proven track record of successful ERP implementations, and strong knowledge of ERP systems. They will also possess excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
