Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager with ERP expertise to lead our project lifecycle, drive daily stand-ups, and ensure timely delivery of ERP initiatives.

  • Oversee ERP and related integration projects as Scrum Master/TPM.
  • Manage the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Drive Agile best practices through daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues across the team.
  • Ensure proper documentation, communication, and coordination with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience in project management or Scrum Master roles.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system, such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Kronos WFM/HCM solutions is beneficial.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP is preferred.
Nice to Have

A plus if you have:

  • Experience with data migration or data warehouse projects.
  • Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
