Lead Oracle Demantra Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned implementation specialist to lead our Oracle Demantra projects from conception to delivery.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and configuring Oracle Demantra modules for demand management, predictive trade planning, and deductions & settlement management.
  • Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, translating them into system configurations, and ensuring seamless integration with other ERP modules.
  • A strong understanding of forecasting algorithms, trade promotion planning, and demand analytics is crucial for this role.

Required skills include:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Demantra data model.
  • Experience with Oracle ASCP, EBS, and VCP is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide solutions.
