Job Title ERP Manager - POS E-commerce Head Office Davanagere Karnataka Experience Required 3 to 5 Years Industry FMCG E-Commerce Job Overview We are seeking a technically proficient and forward-thinking ERP POS Systems Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our centralized ERP POS warehouse and e-commerce systems across our multi-store grocery chain This role also involves conducting R D to evaluate and recommend scalable cost-effective retail technologies that align with our growing business needs Key Responsibilities 1 System Administration Support Manage and maintain ERP and POS systems across stores warehouse and e-commerce Ensure stable integration between systems inventory billing orders pricing Handle system backups updates security protocols and performance monitoring 2 User Access Management Create manage user accounts with role-based access Enforce data and security policies based on user roles Provide technical support and training to users across departments 3 Warehouse Inventory Integration Ensure seamless flow of data between ERP and WMS Monitor inventory sync across stores warehouse and e-commerce channels 4 E-commerce Platform Support Oversee ERP-ecommerce integration order flow pricing stock Troubleshoot issues in online operations order sync payment reconciliation 5 Research Tool Evaluation R D Conduct in-depth research on new ERP POS and E-commerce platforms and tools Analyze scalability cost-effectiveness integration capabilities and vendor support Create detailed evaluation reports and recommend tools aligned with business goals Lead the testing and pilot implementation of new systems or modules Stay updated with technology trends in retail tech cloud ERP omnichannel platforms and automation 6 Reporting Optimization Generate business and operational reports from ERP POS Identify and implement process improvements through system optimizations Work with stakeholders to customize workflows or reports as per business requirements 7 Skills Experience 3-5 years of experience in ERP POS administration preferably in retail FMCG Experience evaluating or migrating ERP POS systems Hands-on experience with retail platforms like Odoo Tally SAP B1 Oracle NetSuite Zoho or similar Strong analytical skills to compare tools vendors with documented pros cons Good understanding of business operations in retail and warehouse logistics About the company Chetan Agro and Foods packaging company is based out of North Karnataka India It has been established to provide services to the society by manufacturing superior-quality adulteration-free preservative-free blended masalas instant ready mixes traditionally processed flours and spice powders We have started a new business venture Chetan Foods which is a sister company of Chetan Agro and Foods Packaging Our objective is to open multi-store grocery retail setups using the FOCO COCO model across Karnataka and other states along with B2B Sales across south India Website https chetanfoods com Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Davangere Karnataka Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Required Location Davangere Karnataka Required Work Location In person
