Job Title: ERP Consultant ExpertWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior ERP Consultant with in-depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and familiarity with other Microsoft Dynamics solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of business processes and hands-on technical skills in MS SQL Server, .NET, and Microsoft technologies for UI and integration development.Lead the implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics GP and other related modules.Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed specifications.Develop and maintain customizations, integrations, and reports using SQL Server, .NET, and Microsoft UI technologies.Support key modules such as Financials, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, HR, and CRM.Utilize tools like Modifier, Dexterity, Integration Manager, eConnect, and SmartList Builder to streamline operations.Perform system upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to provide exceptional system usage and training.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).Working knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics products (e.g., Dynamics NAV, AX, CRM, or Dynamics 365).Strong SQL Server skills – queries, stored procedures, views, and performance optimization.Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET.Experience with Microsoft technologies like Power BI, SharePoint, and Office 365.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and lead small teams.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft certifications in Dynamics GP or Dynamics 365.Experience with cloud-based Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance & Operations.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
