Job Title: X++ Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our team. This role will focus on developing, customizing and optimizing ERP solutions using X++, with additional emphasis on reporting, system integrations and performance improvements.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with functional consultants, architects and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that support complex business processes in a global automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and customize ERP solutions using X++.
  • Build and enhance reporting configurations aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects, from design through to deployment and support.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
  • Support data migration activities, ensuring integrity and quality of transferred data.
  • Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.
  • Ensure all customizations align with best practices, coding standards and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Extensive hands-on experience with X++ development in ERP systems.
  • Strong expertise in reporting within ERP systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise environments.
  • Good knowledge of ERP modules such as finance, supply chain, procurement, inventory and more.
  • Experience with integrations, data migration and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with third-party tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
  • Microsoft certifications in ERP or related areas.
  • Exposure to localization and compliance for multi-country implementations.
