Job Overview

Apogee Grow is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Sales Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive long-term growth.
  • Implement new business development strategies to maximize profit and sales.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new investment opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement operational changes with proper planning and strategy.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences and ensure they are met.
  • Meet with customers to brief them on company policies and procedures.
  • Train and mentor staff as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to discuss new strategies and policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in business development or sales management.
  • Proven sales record and ability to manage customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills.
