We are seeking a seasoned IT professional with strong expertise in project management, business analysis, and relationship-building to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and precise outcomes through meticulous planning and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in business analysis, applying this knowledge to help businesses gain a competitive advantage through technology implementation.
  • Analyze requirement specifications, Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), process flows, and create business use case scenarios for micro loans, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.
  • Respond to queries and identify gaps by running used cases in the Loan Origination System (LOS)/Core Banking System (CBS) system for micro loans, enhancing customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Ensure data and Management Information System (MIS) requirements are met, with proficiency in Oracle SQL and MS SQL, facilitating data-driven decision-making and strategic growth.
Requirements:
  • A graduate degree is mandatory; distant education or certification will not be accepted.
  • No less than six years of experience in micro loan and micro banking projects, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
