The ideal candidate will manage operations while balancing business analysis, vendor management, risk management, and work closely with the Project Team on other special planning and departmental projects.

This role ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget. The candidate will be responsible for coordination with project manager, stakeholders, and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing end-to-end project plans with the Operations Team.
  • Knowledge of Scrum Framework.
  • Overseeing project planning, long-term planning, project status reporting.
  • Coordinating with the sales team for kit calendar and project planning.
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.
  • Observing systems, processes, and infrastructure across departments while suggesting opportunities for improvement or revision.
  • Collaborating with back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution.
