Project Manager: 3D Architecture

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the entire 3D production process. This role is ideal for those with a keen interest in 3D architectural visualization and excellent organizational skills.

About the Role:

  • Manage floor operations to maximize project profitability through efficient planning and re-planning
  • Evaluate works within given timeframes and reallocate timelines as needed
  • Maintain daily/weekly audits of task allocation using internal project management software
  • Create innovative contributions to projects, including packaging 3D films and concepts
  • Identify new talent with HR's assistance

Responsibilities:

  1. Efficient Planning and Re-Planning: Maximize project profitability by effectively managing floor operations, resources, and timelines.
  2. Deliveries and Quality: Ensure timely deliveries meeting critical quality parameters while maintaining high standards.
  3. Production Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire production pipeline, from project planning to daily task management.
  4. Audits and Evaluations: Conduct regular audits of task allocation and evaluate works within given timeframes, making necessary adjustments.
  5. Creative Contributions: Contribute creatively to projects, including packaging 3D films and concepts.
  6. Talent Acquisition: Identify and recommend new talent to HR for consideration.
