About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural plans, drawings, and stunning 3D visuals that bring creative ideas to life. They will also apply their knowledge of engineering, science, and materials to develop ideal architectural solutions.

  • Design Responsibilities
    • Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and 3D visuals.
    • Apply knowledge of engineering, science, and materials to develop ideal solutions.
  • Project Coordination
    • Participate in the full project lifecycle, providing recommendations throughout.
    • Collaborate with teams to align goals, schedules, and budgets for successful project delivery.
  • Site Management
    • Conduct site visits to ensure high-quality and safe project execution.

Required Qualifications

  1. Fresh graduates or junior architects with up to 1 year of experience.
  2. Strong academic background with excellent design presentation skills.
  3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, and other architectural design tools.
  4. A passion for architecture and a desire to push the boundaries of creativity.
