Senior Software Architect

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.
  • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using .NET Core.
  • Develop responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using ReactJS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high code quality.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Full-stack application design, development, and deployment.
  2. .NET Core architecture and implementation.
  3. ReactJS front-end interface development.
  4. Cross-functional team collaboration.
  5. Code reviews, best practices enforcement, and high code quality assurance.
  6. Junior developer mentoring and continuous learning culture promotion.
  7. Complex technical issue troubleshooting and resolution.
  8. Sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremony participation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework Core.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualification and Soft Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed.
