Drive Innovative Projects as a Seasoned Architect

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale consultancy projects with comprehensive design and regulatory oversight.
  • Independently manage small to mid-value projects, ensuring seamless delivery and compliance.
  • Develop and review architectural documentation to meet client and statutory requirements.
  • Chair interdisciplinary meetings, coordinate teams, and set clear project goals.
Technical Expertise:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of architectural, civil, and MEP drawings for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve design or coordination issues in MEP systems.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external MEP engineers, leading coordination meetings.
Compliance and Permit Management:
  • Owning permit application strategy and maintaining proactive communication with regulatory authorities.
  • Interpreting and enforcing local/national building codes, fire regulations, and municipal by-laws.
  • Leading submission of compliance documents and managing technical responses to authority queries.
Team and Process Management:
  • Mentoring architects, drafters, and interns to ensure well-coordinated technical outputs.
  • Upholding high-quality standards for documentation and design integrity.
  • Developing and implementing quality control protocols across projects.
Requirements:
  • Accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience leading commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Deep experience preparing and submitting statutory documents to municipal and specialist agencies.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MS Office.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated hands-on experience with MEP drawing review, coordination, and quality assurance.
