Project Management Lead

Job Summary:

  • We seek a seasoned Project Manager to lead multiple projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scheduling, cost control, and progress tracking for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, conduct site visits to verify progress, and identify potential risks or issues.
  • Proactively manage the project plan and team to meet operational goals and ensure timely project completion.
  • Oversee billing and payment processes according to terms and conditions.
  • Ensure smooth handover meeting client satisfaction standards.
  • Manage snags/observation points shared by clients within the DLP period and follow up on retention amount releases.
  • Conduct site visits for new projects, prepare photographic reports, and submit them to the tender team.
  • Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and billing.
  • Cost management.
  • Vendor relationship management.
  • Timely client invoicing according to terms and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate cash flow forecasts for each project.
  • Follow up on client payments.
  • Present weekly project update reports.
  • Foster professional relationships with contractors and clients.
  • Allocate tasks to subcontractors and monitor their performance.
  • Perform regular project audits versus actual reconciliations.
