Project Director

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our Oracle Utilities implementation team in delivering high-quality solutions for utility clients.

  • Ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes, guaranteeing business value meets customer expectations.
  • Maintain and update project management office artifacts, such as the project plan and JIRA board, to ensure on-time completion of project tasks.
  • Monitor risks and issues, facilitate problem resolution, and manage communication and escalation of issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide weekly project status reports and debriefs to company leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Oracle product teams, developers, testers, and project managers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the utilities domain, knowledge of project management methodologies, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The role involves managing day-to-day tasks, adhering to scope, schedule, and providing go-live and post-implementation support.

The Project Director will work closely with technical teams and business users to ensure alignment, establish and maintain strong customer relationships, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills, preferably in the utilities industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
