Project Manager - Civil

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our civil projects, including residential and commercial developments.

  • Project Management: Oversight of project planning, scheduling, tracking, and control.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Effective communication with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Tender & Estimation Management: Preparation and submission of tenders, as well as estimation and pricing of projects.
  • Contracts Management: Negotiation, administration, and management of contracts.
  • Cash Flow Analysis & S-Curve Analysis: Forecasting and monitoring of cash flow and project progress.
  • Resource Management: Planning and allocation of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Purchase/Procurement of Materials: Acquisition of necessary materials and supplies for projects.
  • Budgeting & Estimation Works: Preparation and management of budgets, including estimation and forecasting.
  • Management Information System preparations: Development and implementation of systems to support project management.
  • Work Break-down Structure of Project Charter: Creation of a detailed project plan, including milestones and deliverables.
  • MS Project & Primavera P6: Utilization of project management software to plan, track, and control projects.
  • Project Monitoring, Project Controlling, SAP, ERP, FIDIC Knowledge: Implementation of best practices in project management, including monitoring, controlling, and reporting.
