Job Title: Project Director - Industrial & High-Tech Facilities

 

Job Description:

We seek a seasoned MEP Manager with experience in large-scale industrial and high-tech projects to oversee the MEP works for a Semiconductor manufacturing facility.

The role requires expertise in cleanroom environments, critical utilities, and complex infrastructure. The successful candidate will have proven expertise in HVAC systems for cleanrooms, ultrapure water systems, process gases, and high-voltage electrical distribution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all MEP activities (HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, and process piping) for the semiconductor project.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors to ensure alignment with project specifications, cleanroom standards, and client requirements.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems including power distribution, HVAC, ultrapure water treatment, process gases, and other semiconductor-specific utilities.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes/standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SEMI standards, etc.) and local regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage schedules, control budgets, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Implement and enforce quality control and safety protocols specific to semiconductor facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and coordination issues across multiple disciplines.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to deliver the project within timelines and cost targets.
