MEP Engineer Position

Based in Maldives, we are seeking a talented Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing efficient MEP systems for high-rise buildings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design Development: Design detailed MEP systems that meet building codes and standards while ensuring efficiency and reliability.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of designs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • System Analysis: Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with architects, project managers, and other engineers to integrate MEP systems into overall project plans.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of HVAC design, electrical circuit design, plumbing system design, and building codes.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with experience in high-rise building projects preferred.
