Job Description

We are seeking an experienced High Rise Estimation Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for project planning, scheduling and tracking of the project on a periodic basis through weekly and monthly progress reports based on inputs from senior management.

The successful candidate will have strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and market rates. They should have hands-on experience with estimation software and MS Excel.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with around 5 years of experience in estimation for high-rise residential projects.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Responsibility for project planning, scheduling, and tracking of the project.
  2. Coordinate with internal departments for execution readiness.
  3. Monitor daily site activities using master bar charts.
  4. Track drawing receipts, material requests, and maintain stage-wise tracing reports with revision logs.
  5. Prepare monthly progress and costing reports.
  6. Support estimation and cash flow forecasting with accurate data inputs.
  7. Identify and escalate project risks.
  8. Analyze architectural and structural drawings to quantify civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
  9. Evaluate vendor quotations, prepare cost comparisons, and support procurement negotiations using current market rates.
  10. Monitor project budgets, update forecasts based on scope changes, and maintain inflation-adjusted cost databases.
  11. Cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of estimates with project goals.
