Role: Project Coordinator

This crucial position will be the bridge between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and review project proposals, Bills of Quantities, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor design changes and update documentation accordingly.
  • Coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarification requests.
  • Organize and maintain all project-related files and documentation for seamless access.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring smooth communication and fostering relationships.
  • Coordinate vendor settlements post-project completion.
  • Conduct thorough budget analysis to guarantee costs stay within approved limits.
  • Assist in final billing and closure of project accounts.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and Bills of Quantities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
