About the Project

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to oversee corporate office interior design projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily site activities for interior design projects.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines in alignment with design requirements.
  • Ensure quality standards and adherence to approved designs and specifications.
  • Monitor contractor and labor performance for smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate with design teams, vendors, and clients for seamless communication.
  • Track project budgets and report cost deviations.
  • Conduct site meetings and provide regular project updates to management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance regulations are followed at the site.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and provide quick solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in managing corporate office interior projects.
  • Strong understanding of interior design processes and materials.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and site teams.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
  • Flexibility to stay full-time at the project site.
