Executive Project Manager

Objective: Deliver strategic project management services to government entities and corporate clients, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, driving collaboration across stakeholders and ensuring adherence to established scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Tender & Bid Management: Spearhead the tendering process, leading preparation, submission, negotiation, and follow-up activities to secure profitable contracts.
- Government Liaison: Foster long-term relationships with government officials, facilitating dialogue and coordination between departments and agencies.
- Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, protocols, and documentation standards throughout all project phases.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as primary interface between clients and key stakeholders, providing transparent updates and resolving concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in government or infrastructure projects.
- Proven understanding of government tendering processes and compliance regulations.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with government officials and corporate clients.
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project tracking tools is essential.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and procurement systems is desirable.
- Existing network within relevant government departments or infrastructure firms can be beneficial.
