**Job Overview**

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead our team in delivering successful projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on commercial projects and client-centric operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and closure.

  • Candidate Requirements:
  • To manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • To identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • To communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Project Planning:
  • To develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management:
  • To lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Risk Management:
  • To identify and assess potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Client Communication:
  • To provide regular updates to clients, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the workspace fit-out industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
