Project Manager for Insurance Solutions

">Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the successful delivery of projects within the property and casualty insurance space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of insurance solutions.

The role requires managing end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for Duck Creek (Billing, Policy, Claims). This includes defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, developing detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, managing risks and resolving issues proactively, driving communication across stakeholders, monitoring project KPIs, and preparing regular status reports and executive updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for Duck Creek (Billing, Policy, Claims).
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage risks and resolve issues proactively.
  • Drive communication across stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and executive sponsors.
  • Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports and executive updates.
