About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT project manager to lead integration projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

This senior-level role requires a strong understanding of integration technologies and proven experience in managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations.
  • Manage project resources, including team members, budget, and technology assets, to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Implement agile and other project management methodologies to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating critical issues as needed.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in leading delivery or project management role within the Integration domain.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing integration-related projects is highly preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge : Good understanding of API-led connectivity, Event Driven Architecture, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services.
  • Agile Methodologies : Proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and other project management methodologies.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
