Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our project management team. As a senior project management professional, you will be responsible for building a strong and sustainable organization across your region.

  • The role of the senior project management professional is to conceive, plan, execute, and deliver projects in a timely and financially viable manner.
  • This role has the opportunity to build a profitable wind business, develop long-term strategies, drive performance excellence, and implement robust project management practices.
  • The role holder will achieve the described objectives by establishing effective governance systems, ensuring financial discipline, managing project profitability, and fostering positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Within the boundaries of our values and policies, the role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, adhering to compliance, and contributing to our reputation as a leader in the wind energy industry.
  • Through strategic leadership and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the role holder plays a key role in advancing our mission of sustainable and successful project execution in the region.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for profit and loss of the project, margin, and on-time delivery.
  • Project Execution: Completion within budgeted cost and time, from Handover to Owner (HTO) to Operation and Maintenance (OMS), and Customer satisfaction.
  • Contract management: Zero Loss and Damage (LD) and timely contractual communications.
  • Design Review mechanism with vendors to ensure project deliveries meet contractual milestones.
  • Implement and improve margin through cost optimization measures.
  • Explore opportunities for additional revenue through additional scope, services, or claims.
  • Manage all Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) risks affecting project delivery.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain relations with customers at all levels.
  • Inculcate Safety and Quality culture – Zero fatal accidents, First Time Right, and minimal Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
