Job Description">

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing finance-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution, and aligning with organizational financial goals.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive program strategies and roadmaps to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Managing multiple key initiatives around cost transformations, AI, and automation solutions, product enhancements, process redesign, global enterprise programs, and other finance-related projects.
  • Creating project plans with clear action items and milestones, and establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicating project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and steering committees as requested.
  • Aligning project portfolios with organizational financial goals and objectives, and providing executive-level oversight of critical Order to Cash transformation initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong finance background and experience in project management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Experience with digital, lean, and six sigma methods, and ability to apply them to finance-related projects.
