Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead project planning, execution, and delivery. As a dynamic leader with strong organizational skills, you will ensure seamless coordination between teams and stakeholders.

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to meet project objectives.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed to minimize impact.
  • Facilitate and document project meetings, ensuring follow-ups are tracked and action items are addressed.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and key updates to stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
  • Mentor and oversee team members, promoting their professional growth and training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • 4-6 years of project management experience in the IT industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with agile software development teams and leveraging tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello to enhance project visibility and collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and learn new software as required.
