About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Effective communication is paramount in this role, as you will be engaging with potential learners, assessing their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Responsibilities- Establish connections with assigned leads and initiate contact through various channels.
- Evaluate leads by assessing their interest, qualifications, and eligibility for educational programs.
- Cultivate genuine relationships with leads through empathetic listening and effective communication.
- Coordinate schedules and ensure seamless interaction between leads and Admission Counsellors.
- Document lead interactions and follow-up activities accurately.
To excel in this position, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Edtech-sales, preferably in a study abroad context.
- Strong academic background, including graduation.
- A proven track record of meeting targets in previous roles.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Your success will be measured by your ability to:
- Meet or exceed daily talk time targets.
- Schedule and conduct Video Counselling sessions efficiently.
- Maintain high lead connection rates.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
