Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Source and attract top candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate the interview process, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
  • Conduct thorough reference checks and make recommendations for hire.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and statistics.

Onboarding:

  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Rewards Implementation:

  • Work closely with management to design and implement reward and recognition programs that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Employee Relations:

  • Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits, compensation, and performance management.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner.

Supporting Special Initiatives:

  • Participate in department projects to drive business growth and improve processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement and culture initiatives.

Administration:

  • Support event planning activities and maintain accurate records.
