Experienced SAP FSM Consultant

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solutions to support efficient field service operations, integrate with SAP backend systems (S/4HANA or ECC), and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement SAP Field Service Management solutions.
  • Integrate FSM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP CS/SM, or 3rd-party systems.
  • Customize FSM functionalities such as:
    • Workforce Scheduling & Dispatching
    • Mobile Field Technician App
    • Service Call Management
    • Time Recording, Smartforms
    • Equipment & Asset Management
  • Develop and manage service workflows, rules, and customer SLAs.
  • Support real-time reporting and analytics for service operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
  • Perform system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
  • Document functional specifications and configuration guides.
  • Stay updated on SAP FSM enhancements and roadmaps.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in SAP SM/CS and at least 1+ year in SAP FSM.
  • Strong understanding of field service processes (dispatch, work orders, spare parts, etc.).
  • Experience with SAP FSM modules (Service & Asset Management, Planning & Dispatching, Mobile Execution).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Connector, and OAuth (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the FSM mobile app and offline capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP FSM certification.
  • Hands-on with integration tools (CPI/PI/PO).
  • Experience in utilities, manufacturing, telecom, or high-tech industries.
  • Experience working in agile project environments.
