We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Lead / Architect to drive end-to-end FSM implementations and integrations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale SAP FSM implementation projects, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
  • Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders and design scalable FSM solutions.
  • Oversee configuration, customization, integration, and testing activities.
  • Integrate SAP FSM with SAP Service Cloud (C4C), SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, and external systems.
  • Guide teams on FSM mobile application, workforce scheduling, and dispatching.
  • Provide solution architecture expertise and ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy.
  • Mentor junior consultants and manage client interactions effectively.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of SAP experience, with 3–5+ years in SAP FSM.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Service Cloud (C4C), SAP CX, and S/4HANA Service.
  • Expertise in FSM solution design, workforce scheduling, service execution, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, APIs, and Middleware.
  • Proven track record in leading end-to-end SAP FSM projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
